REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Our Refund & Replacement Policy is based on a very simple, hygienic and logical idea: These are novelty products and for this reason we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our products. Please keep reading for a more detailed explanation.
The products we sell are super sexy and insanely intimate. These are so so so much more intimate than underwear! Once any one of our products is taken out of its original and sealed packaging we would never be able to resell it again – (hopefully, for everyone’s sake) exactly like the shop where you purchase your underwear. Therefore we would generally never ask you to return an opened, claimed product to us.
What if I no longer want the product or it’s an unwanted gift?
You are welcome to request a return of unwanted goods. We will happily suggest or offer a similar product or, at least, we’ll offer a partial compensation like a discount on your next order. This is ONLY provided that your request is within 5 days after you receive the product and that the product is unopened and still in its sealed, original packaging. We may not accept such returns where the packaging has been tampered with in any way.
What if there is nothing wrong with the product but it’s just not quite working for me?
Don’t worry, we‘re reasonable people who always want to make sure our customers are happy. In most cases we will happily offer or suggest a similar product or, at least, offer a partial compensation like a discount on your next order. With sex toys there is no satisfaction guarantee – so what works for one might not work for another. Our advice is to be open to experimenting and have fun along the way; that’s what they are for.
What if the product is too big or too small?
Adult products are a great way to explore your own body(s). And although we understand quite a lot about sex toys – we do not and cannot claim to know your body. This is why our product pictures and descriptions are as precise as possible and the measurements are as exact as possible – please carefully read through the descriptions and take careful note of the size/measurements before placing an order. We may not accept a refund or replacement if the claim is based purely on the fit or size of the product(s).

1.Charge the product in full before use.
2.Use new high-quality batteries for your toys.
3.Maintain good hygiene practices. Clean your products with a toy cleaner/ warm soapy water before and after use.
ALL return/postage/shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the client.
